Nanawarai pursues sake’s original savoury taste called ”umakuchi”,
which is not simply a sweet or dry taste but a perfect balance between them.
With a spirit of brewing inherited from the first generation, Nanawarai sake brewery is making continuous efforts to improve their sake hoping that it will be passed down by the people of Kiso from generation to generation as “savoury sake of nostalgic hometown”.
